Tandems, Ltd Annual Customer Appreciation Day and Open House will be from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 pm Saturday, February 3, 2007. Come do test rides of new tandems and/or try some recumbents. This is always a great time to check out the new bikes, and maybe plan for that upgrade. There will be free softdrinks and munchies all day at the shop. Guests/Visitors can take home some SWAG, too!

The Comfort Inn & Suites Hotel/Colonnades will be our host hotel for those who wish to come over and stay a few days. Contact the Comfort Inn & Suites directly @ 205-968-3700 and ask for the Tandems Limited rate. They've promised us that this is their absolute lowest rate, with breakfast included. The Comfort Inn & Suites Hotel/Colonnade is located at 4400 Colonnade Parkway, which is near the US280/I-459 Interchange and is only 2 miles from Tandems, Ltd.

If anyone wants to come in on Friday, COME ON! Tandems, Ltd will be open @ 9:30 a.m. on Friday until 4:00pm for test rides and tune-ups.

And for those who want to make a weekend of it, you're invited to join us for a TANDEM & RECUMBENT ride through the rural area around Chelsea, AL on Sunday, February 4, 2007. Meet us at the parking lot in front of the Winn-Dixie, just off US280/Co 47 in Chelsea, AL, 8:30a.m. CST. We've mapped out rides from 30 to 45 miles. Those still around when we return are invited to join us for lunch at a local restaurant before heading back home. The Winn-Dixie is about 15 miles SE of the Colonnades, just off US280 & Shelby Co 47. Please park near the hedges nearest US280. Even if you can't make it to our Customer Appreciation Day and Open House, you're invited to join us on Sunday, for the ride.
